Eat in kitchen, wood and tile floors, washer and dryer in the unit and screened patio! Clubhouse, pool & ice maker! There are enough docks for each owner to have one. They are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Owners can run water and electric to their dock and even install a boat lift!
